We ship to the addresses provided at checkout. Orien is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds
Incense holders may be returned within 10 days of purchase in unused, original condition. All incense sales are final and non-refundable due to safety reasons. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
